Using FTP

If you are professional photographer and have an FTP account with us, you can upload your files directly to our lab, using our industry standard FTP server.

You should be familiar with using FTP programs. There are many nice FTP programs available on the Internet. Some of them are even free.

Typically, in order to use the FTP you need to have the three pieces of information:

• FTP Server Address
• Your FTP Login Name
• And Your FTP Password

Our FTP address is: ftp.vicalphoto.com

Some Internet Browsers supports FTP communication, so depends on the type of the browser you are using, you may be able to use your browser to upload your files to us.
